Cool Food Blog

Bits of Sunshine is a very cool baking blog from a blogger in South Africa.  The name alone is enticing, especially when we are having “bits of sunshine” as we wait for spring to finally arrive.  The blog has favorite modern recipes like chocolate salted caramel cupcakes and red velvet cupcakes along with creative cupcakes and cookies with ingredients like Rolos. I really want to make the custard cream cookies she recently posted.  I love their sunshiney yellow color, and I’ve always wanted to try a corn flour cookie.  This blog has a bright, fun feel.  She even designs free printable cake toppers and tags for readers to use.  And the best:  You can download her cookbook, Bakes & Treats, for free.
