Mini Crustless Pecan Pies

1/2 cup dark corn syrup

2 eggs

1/2 cup sugar

1 tablespoon melted butter + butter to grease ramekins

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

3/4 cup pecan halves

Grease 3 ramekins with butter.  Mix all ingredients in a bowl.  Divide into ramekins.  Bake 350 for 30-35 minutes or until done.  Cover with foil so pecans don’t brown too much.
