Farm to Tray is a dinner where New York City chefs create a sustainable menu with local ingredients donated by Whole Foods. The dinner benefits Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen, a NYC food program that serves over 1,000 meals a day to New Yorkers who are hungry or homeless. Join a live Twitter chat about the event on Thursday, May 8, from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m. Speakers include Sara Pandolfi, executive producer of the event, Chef Laurence Edelman from Left Bank and Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen’s Director of Operations, Michael Ottley. Sara will discuss fundraising and philanthropy. Chef Edelman will discuss #FarmToTray. And Michael will discuss the importance of Holy Apostles Soup Kitchen.
If you’d like to ask a question during the chat, you can do so during the show or before by emailing Colleen Tang at email@example.com.
