Chestnuts remind me of my grandma. She liked to roast them at Christmas. I like to get the packets of cooked chestnuts and eat them as a snack. I also made a simple dish of cooked chestnuts and Brussels sprouts with a dressing of olive oil and vinegar. They were delicious.
