I’m watching actress Jennifer Esposito on Good Day NY. She opened a new bakery on E. 10th Street in the East Village, Jennifer’s Way. She has celiac disease and created baked goods that are healthy. She uses quinoa and teff flour in her breads, cookies and muffins so that there is nutritional value to them. She also says she works in her bakery doing the baking and cleaning. Pretty cool! I don’t have celiac disease, but I’d like to try her baked goods.
