Korean Mutt is a very cool food blog written by a woman who is half-Korean and her husband is half-Japanese, so her recipes have American, Korean and Japanese influences. What caught my eye was one of her recent posts, strawberry chunk ice cream cake, a lovely individual round ice cream cake with a red velvet cake base. Talk about a great summer dessert!
In keeping with her summer theme, another great summer dessert: lemon strawberry summer cake. All of her desserts make pretty presentations like her mini Japanese strawberry shortcakes. She’s tackled macarons and has a few variations of those. In addition to all the yummy baked goods, she has some traditional Korean recipes too, such as rabokki.
