Times Square, Manhattan: Ripley’s Believe It or Not! is celebrating Presidents’ Day with a cheese carving by the Cheese Lady. Cheese carver Sarah Kaufmann will put a creative twist on “Mount Rushmore” with 160 pounds of cheddar cheese from Cabot Cheese.
