United Nations of Food is a very cool food blog that follows one man’s quest to eat the cuisine of different countries right here in NYC. This includes the food from 160 countries and his requirements are listed on the site, such as the country having at least 1,000,000 people. The food varies from the more plentiful to the harder-to-find like Estonian. That plate of salt herring with potatoes and sour cream looks delish to me!
