I saw this post for miniature pies for Thanksgiving on the Harried Housewife blog. This is a great idea! I like it because everyone in my family likes a different kind of pie. Plus, it’s also good if you are splurging on the holidays but don’t want leftover food hanging around to tempt you. She has recipes for the crust and for the filling for pumpkin, pecan and coconut custard.
