Queens County Farm Museum Apple Festival, Sunday, October 7, 2012, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., 73-50 Little Neck Pkwy, Queens:  Try some apple cider and go for a hayride at this autumn festival.  They will be baking the nation’s largest apple cobbler.  There’s also a corn maze and pumpkin patch on site.
