This Sunday, April 22, artist Alison Knowles will recreate Make a Salad, an art event that first took place in 1962. Knowles will chop salad ingredients in time with live music, toss the salad and share it with spectators. To see the event, visit the Chelsea Market Passage of the High Line at West 16th Street between 10 a.m.-noon. The salad sharing will begin at 12:15 p.m. and last until 1 p.m. For more information, click here.
