March 20 is Macaron Day NYC 2012. Macaron Day was started by Francois Payard to celebrate the macaron and coincide with Macaron Day in Paris. If you go to any participating location next Tuesday and tell them you are there for Macaron Day, you get a free macaron. What better way to celebrate the first day of Spring?
