The New York Culinary Experience is a fun event for foodies. It entails a weekend of hands-on classes at the International Culinary Center in NYC. Tickets are $1395, so it’s not cheap to learn from the creme de la creme. (Part of the proceeds go to a scholarship fund for students of the Center.) Participating chefs include Francois Payard, Anita Lo, Dan Barber, Angela Pinkerton and more.
