Iacopo Falai never disappoints, and his signature dish, gnudi–ricotta-spinach dumplings in light brown-butter-sage sauce with milk foam and parmigiano–is a highlight at Caffe Falai. I know singing the praise of Falai’s gnudi is nothing new, but it’s still noteworthy in my book.
