OK, I’m a little late with this one, since the holidays are over. However, I have to post about Grom‘s panettone and candied chestnut gelato flavors, the latter being my favorite. I have tried numerous flavors at the Village location of Grom and never thought it quite hit the spot like the gelato at L’Arte del Gelato. But these two are delicious. And since I’ve been on a citron kick, I really enjoyed the panettone. Grom has a similar flavor now called Cassata Siciliana, which is supposed to be like the Sicilian cassata cake. It, too, is delish.
