The Village Voice‘s Best of NYC 2011 is out this week. Lauren Shockey’s column, “City Eats from A to Z,” is a cool concept. It lists restaurants that have the “best use” of different ingredients like oysters, blood, kimchi, Velveeta, za’atar and more.
