I’m not familiar with Beecher’s Handmade Cheese of Seattle, but I found the link on my friend’s Facebook page. Beecher’s sounds great. Beecher’s is a cheesemaker that also has a cafe, restaurant and store. The New York location, in Flatiron at 900 Broadway at 20th Street, has a cheese cellar called the Cellar where cheeses are aged. Doors open June 24.
One of my favorite vacation activities was the Wisconsin cheese tour. It was fun and interesting to see cheese being made. I will enjoy seeing that in New York. I’m not a huge macaroni and cheese fan, but Beecher’s is known for theirs.
