Jiro Dreams of Sushi premieres today at the Tribeca Film Festival 2011. Directed by David Gelb, the film is about Jiro Ono, sushi chef of Sukiyabashi Jiro restraurant in Tokyo, Japan, that seats only 10 people at $300 each. The restaurant is rated 3-stars in the Michelin guide.
