I came across McCormick’s Flavor Forecast for 2011. I have to say I haven’t seen these pairings on any menus yet. I have seen some of these things separately like hibiscus and adzuki red beans. But they are interesting pairings and I’m curious to see if you see them around. They include some of the following: Ancho Chile Pepper and Hibiscus, Caramelized Honey and Red Adzuki Beans, Green Peppercorn and Goat’s Milk, Cilantro and Nut butters, Pickling Spice and Rice Vinegar and more.
