Another reason to visit South Street Seaport–the Fulton Stall Market. Every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., the area of South Street Seaport around the Fulton Fish Market houses the outdoor Fulton Stall Market with local food purveyors. It’s a lot of fun to leisurely stroll through and try free samples, especially on a gorgeous sunny day like today.
I bought an energy tonic and some alfajores at Mami Tere.
I got some fabulous tea at Teaves Tea, cucumber mojito. I wish there was a closer location to me to get more of this stuff!
I sampled some delicious chocolate from Taza Chocolate. The Mexicano collection has flavors like cinnamon, chipotle chili, orange and ginger. The chocolate has a crumbly texture and the hint of flavor hits your tongue toward the end. The dark chocolate has a wonderful, almost citrusy flavor to it. I’d love to bake with it.
