I ordered more marshmallows from 240sweet. They are absolutely divine! I read an article on Serious Eats today about a marshmallow-making competition amongst bloggers. It seems like the artisan marshmallow is picking up steam. I pitched 240sweet’s marshmallows to Saveur for its Source column, but they passed on the idea. It’s only a matter of time before the major mags report on Alexa and Sam’s creative deliciousness. They were mentioned on Martha Stewart Weddings online and Oprah.com.
